AI PM Evaluation Mode

  • AI Product Manager resumes are now automatically detected and evaluated with specialized criteria. When explicit AI PM signals are found (titles, bullet keywords like LLM/RAG/NLP/model evaluation/confidence threshold), the scorer applies AI PM-specific evaluation across all four dimensions.
  • New evaluation criteria: ML literacy (demonstrated vs listed), decisions under uncertainty (confidence thresholds, fallback UX, human-in-the-loop), AI-specific metrics (precision/recall, override rates, hallucination mitigation), cross-functional AI collaboration, and responsible AI awareness.
  • AI PM antipattern detection: tool name-dropping without evidence, engineering cosplay, generic AI strategy claims, missing failure modes, and certification-only signals are now flagged specifically.
  • Adjusted scoring weights for AI PMs: Skills & Tools gets higher weight at every seniority level because AI PM roles demand more technical depth than traditional PM roles.
  • AI PM-specific tips: when no evidence of building/shipping an AI product is found, a deep_gap tip suggests building a real AI product for hands-on experience.
  • Fit Check also triggers AI PM mode when the JD contains AI/ML product requirements, scoring the candidate against AI PM criteria even if their resume does not have explicit AI signals.
  • New /users/ai-product-managers page explaining how the scorer evaluates AI PM resumes differently, with before/after examples and common mistakes.

Interview Prep

  • New Interview Prep feature: after running a Job Fit Check, generate personalized behavioral interview questions from your gap analysis. Each question includes why the interviewer asks it, a STAR scaffold drawn from your actual resume, and signals for strong vs weak answers.
  • Career red flag questions: detects potential red flags (career gaps, short tenure, no promotion) and generates targeted questions with framing tips and example answers.
  • New feature page at /features/interview-prep explaining the full Interview Prep workflow and question types.

Copy-Friendly Bullet View & Report View Page

  • New Bullet View tab: after fixing with AI, see each bullet individually with status indicators (Updated, Needs your input, Already strong). Copy individual bullets or all at once back into your Canva, Figma, or Word resume.
  • The AI now explains what it changed and why for every bullet. Bullets it could not improve tell you exactly what data to add.

  • Fix with AI no longer invents metrics or numbers. It improves phrasing, fixes ATS formatting, and strengthens clarity while preserving your original data.

  • The fixer now receives your full bullet analysis and all tips for better context on what to improve.
  • New disclaimer on the fix preview page explains what was changed and guides you to edit inline for a higher score.
