- AI PM antipattern detection: tool name-dropping without evidence, engineering cosplay, generic AI strategy claims, missing failure modes, and certification-only signals are now flagged specifically.
- Adjusted scoring weights for AI PMs: Skills & Tools gets higher weight at every seniority level because AI PM roles demand more technical depth than traditional PM roles.
- AI PM-specific tips: when no evidence of building/shipping an AI product is found, a deep_gap tip suggests building a real AI product for hands-on experience.
