The Job Fit Check scores how well your resume matches a specific job description. It dynamically weights dimensions based on what the JD prioritizes, detects dealbreakers, and generates a tailored referral message.

A dealbreaker is a JD requirement where missing it means you fundamentally cannot do the job. For example, if the JD requires 5+ years in fintech and you have 2 years in e-commerce, that gap is flagged. Dealbreaker dimensions are weighted heavily so they cannot be hidden behind strong scores elsewhere.

The referral message is built from your actual evaluation, not a template. It highlights your strongest alignment points in the order the JD prioritizes them.

Yes. You can paste a LinkedIn job listing URL or any other job posting URL, and the tool will fetch the job description text automatically. You can also paste the JD text directly.

No. Interview Prep requires a Job Fit Check report because the questions are generated from the gap analysis between your resume and a specific job description. Run a fit check first, then generate your interview prep.

For anonymous users, resume and JD text are sent to the AI provider for analysis but are not stored on our servers. For signed-in users, reports and resume text are stored so you can access your history and track progress.

No. Your resume and job description are not used to train AI models. They are processed only to generate your analysis.

Yes. You can delete individual reports from your report history at any time. For full account deletion, contact the developer through the About page.

You can sign in with Google or create an account with email and password. If you use both methods with the same email, your accounts are automatically linked.

Signed-in users have reports saved to a secure database. Anonymous users have reports saved to browser localStorage, which are persisted to the database when you sign in.
