The AI applies your score report's tips to rewrite weak bullets. Here is what it changes and what it leaves to you.
Upgrades 'Helped define requirements' to 'Defined requirements' when your tenure and context support sole ownership.
Standardizes section headers, normalizes date formats, and spells out uncommon acronyms on first use.
Removes filler phrases, reorders for clarity, and makes the action and outcome immediately visible.
If a bullet lacks metrics, it stays metric-free. The AI flags it as 'Needs your input' so you know what to add.
Intern bullets keep support verbs (Assisted, Helped). Senior bullets get ownership verbs (Led, Drove, Shipped).
Job titles, company names, dates, section order, and links are never changed.
