For AI PMs, it includes specialized ML literacy detection, uncertainty decision scoring, and AI-specific metrics evaluation.

Hi, I'm Madhav
I am on a mission to empower Product Managers and aspiring PMs to think better, build better, and grow faster. Over the past 9+ years, I have been hiring and evaluating PM talent, and have personally helped 75+ product folks with resume reviews, case study prep, mock interviews, and career guidance.
Currently at Appian Corporation, I lead platform engineering product initiatives as SPM2, driving next-gen cloud capabilities that enhance scalability, reliability, and enterprise adoption.
The backstory
How it started
It started with a vacancy in my team. I posted about it on LinkedIn and got a flood of generic resumes with no context and no alignment to the role.
I had been advising people for years to tailor their resume and reach out with clarity. But nothing changed. So I built a Job Fit Check tool that compared their resume against the job description and generated a referral message. That way, they could see the gaps themselves and reach out properly.
It worked. Then I realized every product person faces the same challenge: no clear feedback, no way to know if their story is compelling, and no easy way to fix it. So I expanded it into ProductResume.

Four dimensions (leadership, experience, domain, skills), weighted by seniority. It flags what actually hurts: AI-generated language, overclaimed impact, vague buzzwords, and process descriptions disguised as achievements. Then it tells you how to fix them.
For AI Product Managers, the tool goes further.
