What the AI does
The tailoring is a two-step process. First it fixes general quality issues, then it aligns your experience to the specific role.
Strengthens weak verbs, fixes ATS formatting, improves clarity. Same as Fix with AI.
Adopts the JD's terminology where your experience supports it. Reorders emphasis within bullets to lead with what the JD prioritizes.
Your professional summary is rewritten to position you for exactly this type of role.
Missing JD keywords are woven in naturally where you genuinely have the experience but did not use those terms.
If the JD requires something you lack, it appears in the 'unaddressable gaps' list. No faking.
No more than half your bullets change. The resume must still feel authentic for the interview.
