ATS Readiness
Every analysis includes an ATS readiness score. Know whether your resume will clear automated screening before you apply. Built into the Resume Scorer and Job Fit, with no extra steps needed.
How it works
ATS readiness is not a separate tool. It runs automatically as part of every Resume Scorer and Job Fit analysis. You get a score from 0 to 100 with individual pass, fail, and warning checks.
Score your resume or compare it against a job description. ATS checks run automatically.
See a 0-100 ATS readiness score with individual checks for headers, formatting, keywords, and more.
Use Fix with AI to address ATS issues. The AI applies standard headers, spells out acronyms, and normalizes dates.
What we check
Each check gets a pass, warning, or fail status with a specific explanation. The overall ATS score is a weighted aggregate, so high-impact issues like formatting and headers count more than minor ones.
Checks that your resume uses ATS-parseable headers like Experience, Education, and Skills.
Flags industry acronyms that are not spelled out on first use. ATS keyword matching may miss abbreviated terms.
Checks that your resume length is appropriate. 1 page for under 10 years of experience, 2 pages maximum for 10+.
Catches typos and grammatical errors that make your resume look unprofessional to both humans and machines.
Checks that dates across all roles use a consistent format. Inconsistent dates confuse ATS parsers.
Detects tables, multi-column layouts, and image indicators that ATS systems cannot parse correctly.
Checks for common PM terms like roadmap, stakeholder, metrics, OKR, and more. Missing keywords mean missed matches.
In Job Fit mode, identifies key terms from the job description that are missing from your resume.
